Individual Counseling
Telehealth available and in-person sessions available! Individual Therapy is a great approach to working on yourself and finding purpose or direction for your life. Your therapist will work alongside with you to ensure that your time in therapy is purposeful and helpful to your growth and development. Please contact us to be placed with the most appropriate provider for your needs.
Couples and Family Therapy
Our staff has highly qualified therapists who are either licensed as a marriage and family therapist or are in training. Our couples' therapists are Gottman trained and often use this as framework for their work. Additionally, we provide family therapy and understand the needs and development of family dynamics and children. Evening and weekend sessions are available some times to accommodate work and school schedules.
Play and Art Therapy
Play Therapy and Art Therapy are available at our Spokane Valley office. Play therapy is generally done with children ages 5+. We believe that children do not always have the words to process through difficult things and big feelings. Play therapy provides a safe place for them to share their stories and learn how to cope with their feelings.
Intensive Couples Counseling
Intensive couples therapy is designed and tailored to you. Our couples intensive program provides a more concentrated and immersive experience which allows couples to dive into the issues they are facing, with the hope of gaining significant progress in a shorter amount of time. Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy
We offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). This service is offered remotely, or in-person in Spokane Valley. Please click on image for more information.
