Maybe your child has just gotten a new diagnosis that has left your family shaken and scrambling. Maybe you just need space for your kid to talk through their teenage troubles. I’m here to help you navigate these intense emotions, challenges, and relational dynamics. Together, we’ll explore strategies to manage and understand these feelings and struggles, finding a path towards balance, well-being, and resilience.

I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate working at Riverside Therapy Center in the Spokane Valley. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, and I am a graduate from Gonzaga's Counseling program. I am a good fit for a wide range of clients including families, couples, individuals, teens, and LGBTQ+ couples and individuals.

I especially love to work with families navigating chronic illness, couples healing from affairs and other heartbreaks, and neurodivergent adults and teens. When I'm not working, I like to spend time with my dog, watch movies with friends, play my cello in both classical and pop settings, and solve word puzzles. I can't wait to meet you!
