Nina Astleford
LSWAIC
Welcome, I look forward to journeying with you!
My name is Nina Astleford, and I graduated with a Master of Social Work from Western Carolina University, with an emphasis in integrated health. I am a Social Work Associate Independent Clinical License (LSWAIC) in the state of Washington.
My goal is to provide compassionate, client-centered therapy. I work from a strengths-based, collaborative approach, and I am committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore and share their challenges, build insight, and develop practical coping skills.
As an associate therapist, I bring curiosity, care, and a strong commitment to ongoing
learning and ethical practice. I have experience in working with those with chronic illnesses and hospice care. This helps me approach therapy from a holistic, whole-body perspective. Additionally, I have experience in education and working with various individuals from diverse backgrounds. At Riverside Therapy Center, I offer individual therapy to teens and adults ages 13+.
Therapy is such an important and vital piece to finding healing, and it is an honor to help you in this process.
