Sara Hildebrand
MSW, LSWAIC
Welcome!
I believe therapy is a powerful tool for self-discovery, personal growth, and healing. Through a
client-centered and strengths-based framework, I support individuals as they process life
experiences, explore relationship dynamics, develop coping skills, build capacity to navigate
life’s ups and downs, and ease both past and present emotional distress. I utilize modalities such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, art and creative expression, play therapy, and Motivational
Interviewing to help clients reach their goals.
I am a University of Washington graduate with a Master’s Degree in Social Work. My
professional experience includes helping people with depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, parenting, faith and spirituality, infertility, substance abuse prevention and post-treatment recovery, and academic support for students and parents. My goal is to help people reduce stress, build resilience, resolve conflict, and strengthen their sense of identity while working through what matters most to them. It is my honor to walk alongside clients as they learn, grow, and transform their lives into ones of health, happiness, and authentic self-expression.
In my free time, I enjoy reading fiction, creating art with oil pastels and watercolor, flower
gardening, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
