My name is Theresa and I believe we cross paths with others when we need to, at the right moment in time. My client-centered approach allows me to meet you where you are by listening in a non-judgemental manner and helping to guide, encourage, support, and provide tools and resources for you to empower you to make the changes you are seeking. I do believe in holding my clients accountable, so I have no problem "calling you out" when needed, but only in a caring manner.

I have over 25 years of experience in the social work field and over 14 years as a licensed therapist.  My favorite age group is 13-25, but I enjoy working with all ages. I look forward to meeting you and working with you in this journey of life.
