Welcome! My name is Grace Wright and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Washington State. I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University.
 

I strongly believe in the work that I do and desire for therapy to be relational, safe, and a space that can support you in your healing journey. My goal is to meet you where you’re at, collaborate with you, support you, and challenge you.

My approach comes from a client-centered perspective, utilizing different approaches depending on your needs. I often utilize acceptance and commitment therapy and will also draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (including exposure and response prevention), and narrative therapy. Additionally, I love to incorporate somatic approaches as our bodies are an important part of our healing. I believe that everyone has a unique set of values that drives our lives; these values are an integral part of the work we will do in the therapeutic space.

I work with individuals ages 13 and up. I am skilled at working with neurodivergent individuals, particularly people with ADHD, and people who present with anxiety, depression, stress, OCD, and trauma.

I’ve had my own healing experiences in therapy and would love to partner with you on your journey! You can expect a welcoming space where you can come as you are and we will explore your values, navigate challenges, identify your strengths, and collaborate on a treatment plan that suits you.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and cat, thrift shopping, crafting, coloring, or spending time outside. I look forward to meeting you and I would be honored to be a part of your journey!
